Pre-payment is required
For pre-payment, you can ask for a pro-forma invoice
- Send email to: office@aquapublications.nl and ask for a pro-forma invoice,
- We will send you a pro-forma invoice by email,
- After receiving this invoice, you can pre-pay by method 1 to 4 (see below),
- After receiving your pre-payment, we will send your books and software to your delivery address.
You can pre-pay, as follows:

1. You can pay by CREDIT CARD through PAYPAL (no costs for buyers)
- (PAYPAL is a safe internet bank with over 100 million accounts; no costs for buyers)
- Send your email address to us (office@aquapublications.nl),
- By email we will send you the amount to be paid,
- CLICK on the Donate-button below; you will go the PAYPAL site (www.paypal.com),
- Fill in the amount to be paid (in Euros on left side); push update,
- Select: Donot have a PAYPAL account and fill in your credit card details;
- (you can also select: Have a PAYPAL account; login to your own account),
- We will send the books and software to your delivery address.
2. You can pay using your own PAYPAL-account (no costs for buyers)
- If you already have a PAYPAL-account;
a) Go to www.paypal.com (USA site) and
b) Login to your account
c) Select: Send Money and send your payment (in Euros) to
our emailaddress: office@aquapublications.nl
3. You can make a deposit into our bankaccounts for customers in the Eurpean Union (EU)
(select one account); (bankcheques are not accepted)
- Send us an email with your order data
- We will send you the amount to be paid (additional bank charges are required)
- We will send the books and software after we have been notified of your deposit by the bank
(it may take several days)

REFUND POLICY
- Books (undamaged) can be returned within 1 week after delivery
- Software can NOT be returned
- Send email to notify us
- We will refund you (minus postal costs) after return of books
